Let’s go dancing
There he was, The dancer, Arthur rumba
Stepping out to the song, you may have heard it
Sumba chanted evening.
He loved to dance from old to rap,
cha cha cha, rock & roll
Shing a ling, boogaloo on the streets
& underneath the arches doing the limbo
He did it all, fox trot and a little bit of hoochi coochie
Did a turn with twinkle toes
en pointe ballet, but he preferred
un pas de deux avec (that’s with a partner)
Mademoiselle Gigi tango, tryst, a twist
& ooh la la, they were dancing cheek to cheek
I could tell you more but I’m in the corner, watching him kiss her,
Just like robin I’m dancing on my own.
