once upon a time there was a lonely octopus,
with nothing to do and no one to do it with.
Wanting a friend, needing a hand – but they were rare,  as were fingers
And Opposing thumbs,
They were just a speck of light,  a gleam in the creator’s eye

One day, the great thaw came and the clever octopus
rose to the surface of the icy sea ,espied the land
grew hands to drag an eager body forward
To pull and push and grab at things.
And lo, brains became,
…to think a million maybe magics.

This then is the story of many things
Many ways that made the world
but mostly its about the day
That woman, who is mistress of the multitask was born.
…& She’s still managing
but searching for the happy ever after.
